If you're wondering if you're a beginner or an intermediate, read on...

If you know some poi already but don't know what level you're at, take this short quiz to determine which classes would work best for you:

• Do you know the weave?

• The underhand weave?

• The butterfly?

• The underhand butterfly?

• Transitioning from over hand to underhand behind you back?

• Transitioning from underhand to overhand over your head?

• The clockwise pinwheel?

• The counter-clockwise pinwheel?

If you answered yes to all of those, you're ready for intermediate classes.

If you answered no to half of them, the advanced beginner (Monday at 9:30 pm) is more likely the class for you.

If you answered no to three quarters of them, the beginner is where you would want to start.
