Intermediate Performance
SubTitle

Course Overview:

Students will learn how to create compelling choreography, moving performances, audience/performer interpersonal dynamics and work on various ways to improve their individual style. This course uses elements of the intermediate dance class as well as a peer review process to empower students to perform at their best.

Each class is divided into the following class structure:
2 2.5 minute performance sessions per student (more if fewer students show up) followed by a 2.5 minute peer review after each. This process enables students to learn from each other and work in a friendly and supportive environment on developing their skills and styles.

40 minutes: follow the leader/student requests where the instructor will specifically create sequences using moves students request work on

This is an 80 minutes class taught in a drop style so students can attend any number of classes without one being based on another.
