In creating the mobiles, I aspire to find my own freedom from the things that chain me down and hold me back. The suspended cranes in flight bring lightness to life by creating symbols that remind one to float rather than sink, be uplifted rather than downtrodden. I identify with the element of air the mobiles call forth and find their presence in my life reminds me to breath when I'm feeling stressed. |
