Intermediate Moves

Course Overview:

The purpose of this class is to take students who have beginner/advanced beginner moves down and augment their move repertoire. This class focuses on added turns to existing moves and extending their use in combinations. Additionally, students will gain insight into their form within the moves they are doing so their technical proficiency will increase.

During the 80 minute session, we'll focus not only on adding new moves to the student's skill set, but analyze the planes, speed, size, height, rhythm and timing of the move in various combinations.

This class includes a lot of mirroring work and assists students in balancing their performance skills. Moves include threading the needle, split wheeling, side butterflies, double pinwheel big sweep, behind the back weave, and floor moves.

This is an 80 minutes class that taught in a drop style so students can attend any number of classes without one being based on another.
